All sales are final.
Due to the nature of spiritual readings and digital services, refunds are not provided unless:

• You were charged in error
   
• A technical issue prevents delivery of your reading
   
• We cancel or reschedule and you request a refund
   

In all other cases, services are non-refundable.

For live video or phone readings:

• You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice
   
• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable
   

If we need to reschedule, you will be offered a new time.

All readings, communications, and personal information are kept private and confidential.
We will never share your information unless required by law.
